4 Looks Worthy of Front Row at NYFW
One of my favorite and most anticipated weeks of the year has always been New York Fashion Week! I love seeing all of the new trends and how the top designers interpret them. This year, I was inspired by some of my favorite iconic brands like Chanel, Dior, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton. Here are four mommy and me looks that would be worthy of front row at NYFW!
Timeless Sets Fit for the Front Row of the Chanel Show
I absolutely adore the classic and feminine style of Chanel. For our Chanel-inspired looks, I went for a tweed jacket (similar jacket here) and houndstooth skirt set for me and a cute little houndstooth cardigan and dress set for my daughter. I accessorized with a pair of statement earrings and a classic Chanel brooch, of course. My daughter’s look was completed with a precious bow in her hair and a pair of the perfect black patent Mary Jane shoes, an Amazon find for under $25.
Dior-Inspired Outfits for a Fashionable Mother-Daughter Duo
The Dior show is always one of my favorites to watch during NYFW. This year, I was inspired by the feminine and ruffled silhouettes that were shown on the runway. For our Dior-inspired looks, I went with a pretty pleated skirt (similar here) paired with the perfect toile blouse. My daughter chose a darling matching little toile A-line dress fit for a Dior princess. I accessorized with a pair of my favorite Dior slides and one of the best dupes of the signature Dior book tote bag I’ve ever found!
Bold Prints that will Turn Heads at the Gucci Show
If you want to make a statement, go for a Gucci-inspired outfit! I chose a bold floral dress, an Amazon find under $50, and added a few statement accessories. A big neck tie bow brooch, also an Amazon find around $15, completely transformed the look of this dress. For my daughter, we chose a bright-colored floral dress accessorized with the signature bee headband.

Elegant Outfits Made for the Louis Vuitton Show
And last but not least, we have the Louis Vuitton show. For our LV-inspired looks, I went for a signature plaid ensemble perfect for fall and my daughter chose a pretty gold and black dress with all of the ruffle details. We accessorized simply with neutral and gold tones and let our LV handbags steal the show.
