Are you looking for some Valentine’s Day outfit ideas? Whether you are planning to go out on a romantic date or grabbing brunch at the cafe with a Galentine, I have put together a list of my 7 favorite looks for the special day. From romantic dresses to stylish jeans and cute ruffle tops, there is something for all occasions in the month of love! So take a look and get inspired.
Sexy and classy layered slip dress and boots
This look is perfect for a romantic dinner date. The slip dress (similar option under $45) is so soft and can be dressed up or down with different shoes and accessories, so it’s a great option if you are not sure what to wear. Here I’m layering the slip dress with a white turtleneck for warmth. And the croc knee-high boots (similar option) are perfect since it may get chilly in the evening here.

Stay cute and comfy in this exaggerated ruffle top
This top can make a statement with the cute ruffles! It’s only $21(link here) and is so pretty with a fun and flirty vibe. The back is cut low and has big ruffles and a bow tie. I love how this can be dressed up or down, so it’s perfect for any Valentine’s Day occasion! My pink embellished kitten heels are $33 and super comfortable.

Keep it classy and elegant with a tweed dress and tweed blazer
Whether you have a date or not, it is always fun to look cute in tweed! I love this tweed dress (under $70) with the beautiful soft pink hue. The soft pink is so romantic, but this color is soft enough it also can be worn as a neutral for a business casual look too. I found a tweed blazer that goes perfectly with this dress and cannot be happier with how cute the whole outfit looks together. Looks like these pieces were made for each other! I finish this look with my designer look-alike logo tights and flats.

Paint the town red with a red heart print sweater and pleated maxi skirt
This red heart print sweater was sent to me as a gift from Talbots. It is very comfortable and perfect for a casual Valentine’s Day day out. I also paired it with my favorite white pleated maxi skirt that I wear so often from Banana Republic (similar style linked here). This look is so girly and pretty, but still comfortable enough to run around in!

Statement bow sweater and nude tulle skirt
Another sweater and maxi skirt combo just like outfit number 4. The big bow sweater is under $45 and I love the bow and sleeves details. I paired it with a nude tulle skirt for under $40. This tulle skirt also comes in a heart print option, which would be so perfect! This outfit is one of my favorites from this series. So feminine and fun.

Dress down a lace blouse with leather shorts
A lace blouse (like this pretty one under $90) is a great option for Valentine’s Day because it feels dressy but you can dress it down for a casual and comfy look. Don’t forget to add a pair of fleece-lined leggings under the shorts to stay warm and cozy if needed. Sneakers or boots would be great options to finish this casual Valentine’s Day outfit.

A darling Valentine’s outfit idea with a tulle dress and pearl headband
I have too many tulle dresses in my closet and it doesn’t seem to be enough! It’s so girly and feminine. I love the puff sleeve details on this one. The dress is see-through, so I highly recommend a mini slip dress to wear underneath. It comes with Prime Shipping (as well as the mini nude slip dress) so it’s perfect for a last-minute Valentine’s Day outfit idea!
