The holiday season is here and I’m so excited to see all the festive details in the fashion scene. Bring on the sparkle! Today I’m sharing with you a look book of six outfits I put together for this holiday season, with suggested occasions for the outfits.
LOOK 1: To grab a cocktail with friends
I wore this dress to visit the Brown Palace Champagne Cascade event earlier last month and I loved it for a semi-formal daytime look. The blush color with the shimmer detail is absolutely perfect for the festivity but still so elegant. Both the faux wrap and the bow tie detail on the waistline add romantic and flirty touches to this look. Pair with black accessories to keep it neutral and classy.

LOOK 2: To go visit Santa with the kiddo
I also have worn this outfit before. To take my daughter Lucy to visit Santa at the Great Wolf Lodge over the weekend. It’s a simple outfit with these Levi’s 501 jeans, but the bow detail on this pretty blouse is enough to dress up the look. Accessorize as much as you want or omit all together.
I like this outfit to do a holiday activity with the kiddo, cookie decoration, visiting Santa, wrapping present etc. Because I can bend over, reach above me, or chase after her without accidentally flashing anyone. Switch to sneakers to dress it down further. I wore block heels and was comfortable.

LOOK 3: To ring in the new year
Wow, and wow! Can you handle the attention you’re going to get with this dress? If you have plans to party on NYE with your friends or significant other, can we talk about this sequin dress? It sparkles front and back, a show stopper for sure. It is a body con dress, so be sure to pull out your SPANX! I also love it with a glitter clutch because glitter looks good on sequin!

LOOK 4: To attend a holiday musical
To the Nutcracker, or a TSO concert, this dress paired with leather ankle booties is the right amount of holiday sparkle and edgy chic! This dress is the right amount of stretch to hold to you in and still be comfortable. The gold shimmer detail makes sure you sparkle all night while you’re dancing at a concert, or enjoying a show in the theater. Classy with an edge, I can’t get enough of this look.

LOOK 5: For the office holiday party
This jumpsuit is a little more muted compared to the sparkle and the sequin dresses. But the leopard textured fabric and the satin-like shine give it so much personality it is a great option for a holiday party look. This is for the girls who prefer jumpsuits over dresses. I label this category an “office holiday party look”, but really it’s an excuse to list my favorite jumpsuits this season.

LOOK 6: For strolling the Christmas market
Strolling a Christmas market, or a tree farm? T’is the season to be cozy and cute! I paired a fuzzy turtleneck with a pleated faux leather skirt for this look. You can also dress it up with heeled booties, but I chose sneakers for this look in case the Christmas market requires a lot of walking. A cross-body bag is my bag of choice because you will need your free hands for lots of shopping!
