This glazed donut combo is for dip powder nails with a chrome look on top. The combo includes: 2 layers of OPI Clear Powder, 1 layer of OPI Funny Bunny Dipping Powder, and then 1 layer of chrome bond, and 1 layer of chrome powder on top.

I also later realized it might have been a smarter idea to do 1 Clear layer, 1 Funny Bunny layer and another 1 Clear layer on top, so any smoothing/buffering doesn’t buff the color away. 

This chrome powder ($10 from Amazon for a 2-pack) is a very great dupe of OPI Tin Man Can that’s sold out everywhere. And this chrome bond is a must-have to create the chrome look. Without this bond, the chrome powder looks glittery and pearl-y, and not the chrome metallic look in “glazed donut”.
